Well, 2020 certainly turned out different than expected in many ways. Our business plan absolutely did not include a pandemic nor a pregnant REALTOR. How Katrina and I survived a 21% growth in sales is beyond me.
However, we did survive and we owe it all to you! You are the ones who have propped us up with your love and appreciation. Being our friends, caring about us as a family, continually referring us to your friends and family, and the wonderful five star reviews on Google. All this keeps us going.
Always remember that we are here for you. As often as we tell new Floridians that “we are your starter friends'', it may be difficult for someone to think that we actually mean it.
Do not hesitate to call us when you are considering a home improvement project. We’ve had customers do just that, and they were glad they did. We have a lot of insight as to how to improve homes in a way that will meet your current needs while still improving your resale value down the road. Remember, just because YOU think it’s a good idea does not mean that future buyers will.
Also keep in mind that we eat everyday - LOL. We love to be invited out to eat and over for BBQ dinners. It’s a great way to catch up and keep in touch.
